Disaster Medicine

Several trainees have taken the opportunity to work in disaster zones as part of their out of programme experience. There is an overlap between the experiences shared within the field of 'Disaster Medicine' and those in the 'Developing World'. For this reason please also visit our 'Developing World Anaesthesia' page.

Please also visit the links below which also provide useful training courses and reading material to help prepare for such an experience.
